Once you make the commitment to join our team, we, in turn, commit ourselves to growing and improving your position in the marketplace. You are assured of stability and market dominance. We are confident that our products and commitment to service will increase your sales and profits. Duradek's philosphy is that we should profit only when our dealers profit.

The dealer process is a multi-step process from an initial introduction to the products through to installation training. Once you are on the road selling the products, we continue to build our relationship with you through our sales and marketing support, technical support, etc.

Expectations

Our company's success is solely based on the partners we choose to do business with. Duradek MidAtlantic expects from your company a high level of commitment to our products, systems, and programs. These are to include, but are not limited to:

  • Invest in a start-up kit for Duradek and Durarail
  • Purchase an approved hot-air heat welder
  • Enter into a mutually beneficial contract with Duradek MidAtlantic
  • Attend a one-day training in manufacturer-specified installation techniques at our location
  • Participate in home shows
  • Acquire adequate sales staff to promote the products
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Have a long-term visionary approach to business
  • Proactively promote Duradek and Durarail in your market
  • Take advantage of Duradek's many marketing programs
  • Keep open lines of communication with Duradek MidAtlantic to ensure satisfactory service levels for your company

The Dealer Process

  • Complete the Authorized Dealer Application
  • Participate in a brief Dealer Profile interview
  • Sign and return the Authorized Dealer Agreements
  • Purchase your Authorized Dealer Start-Up Kit
  • Attend the mandatory Installation Training at our training facility in Glen Burnie, MD
  • Complete the take-home tests provided during Installation Training
  • Participate in a Sales and Marketing Training for Duradek/Durarail
  • Start selling!
